Hi, I'm Aleysha
I'm not a therapist, and I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. I'm simply someone who understands that life can be complicated, painful, overwhelming, and sometimes incredibly lonely.I created The Unsaid Place because I believe everyone deserves somewhere they can speak freely, feel heard, and know they aren't being judged.
For the Things You've Never Said Out Loud
A space for survivors of sexual abuse.

Or maybe you simply want to talk with someone who understands how complicated those feelings can be.You don't have to share anything you're not ready to. You don't have to explain or justify how you feel. Here, you can simply be heard.
When Loving Someone Isn't Enough to Fix Everything
A space for parents navigating a child's addiction.
Loving a child who struggles with addiction can be one of the loneliest experiences a parent faces. The worry, sleepless nights, the hope, the heartbreak, and the constant question of whether you're doing the right thing can feel overwhelming.Sometimes you need somewhere to talk about the fear, frustration, guilt, and exhaustion without worrying about what someone might think of you or your child. You don't have to have all the answers. And you don't have to pretend everything is okay. Here, there is room for your story too.
